Ordering process:
Once you have chosen the yarn colour(s) to suit your space, we will send you a digital preview of the final look and layout for your approval.
Some letters might have special swash fonts, while others might not which will be shown in the digital preview

We will wait for 24 hours, and if no reply is received, we will assume approval and will start working on the order.
Due to the custom nature of the product, alteration and cancellation is not possible after we start working on your banner- kindly understand.

Delivery:

We use Australia Post to ship our packages locally and internationally.

Once items are dispatched you will receive a tracking detail that can be used on both Australia Post website as well as the Postal Service local to you (USPS, Deutsche Post, La Poste etc) as they will be taking over the delivery process once item arrives at the destination country.

Germany: 7-10 business days/8-12 business days
Switzerland: 7-11 business days/9-14 business days

Signature will be required for them to release the item to you.
Kindly track your item as they might take it back to your local post office and hold it there until you re-schedule delivery. Failure to do so might lead to the item getting sent back to sender, and extra cost will incur to re- deliver the item back to you.
