Our Goods and Your Rights

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you have certain rights if the goods are faulty.

  • Major Failures: If the goods have a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
  • Minor Failures: If the goods are not of acceptable quality but the failure is not a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

Exclusions: Hello Milly is not responsible for repairs or replacements caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Neglect, accidents, or improper use
  • Unconsented repairs by third parties

Custom-Made Products: We do not offer change of mind refunds for custom-made products. They are covered by the consumer guarantees that apply automatically under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Transaction Fees: Payment providers may charge fees for refunds. We cannot refund these fees, including those from the original payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
